There is a telephone number, a customer service email (cs at fancy.com), a Privacy Policy, a FAQ and a TOS. The products range from jewelry to legos to t-shirts to furniture to kitchen gadgets, and on and on - a wide variety of items. The site is easy to navigate and quite interesting to peruse.
