This site and business uses "dark patterns" in squeezing more money out of unwitting ticket buyers not to mention their fraudulent practices in gouging consumers on ticket prices.

Site always has major issues for ordering tickets to big events. You get placed in a queue that never ends and often lose out on paying a "fair" price for most tickets. Terrible customer experience and no fix in sight.

They did not refund me after not mailing 2 tickets!!

Before this past weekend, I had never bought tickets of any kind at all online. My first experience was great; my tickets arrived when I was told they would, I paid the lowest price I saw on the internet anywhere, and our seats were amazing- about 15 yards from the stage. I am so thankful I used ticketmaster and will be using it again in the future!
