Даю простую инструкцию, как можно отключить передачу данных этому сайту с Вашего компьютера в системе Windows. Запускаем Блокнот (Notepad), в нём открываем файл C:\WINDIR\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, где WINDIR - папка, в которую установлена Windows, например, WINXP или WINDOWS. Дописываем в этот файл следующие две строчки: ***** tns-counter.ru ***** www.tns-counter.ru
