Is ukprivateinvestigators.com Safe?

I am trying to find someone's address and phone number, had already exhausted google and a basic paid public info company. I hired these people and what they 'found' was either wrong or the info I gave them, they even botched the address, and gave me a phone number that was a landline in a different city. How good is a PI firm that doesn't know what city an area code goes to??? When I asked them to clarify the address, they ignored my email. For social media, they gave me 3, two were for someone in the wrong country in the wrong profession, of the wrong age, and the third was for some kid.
