They are not up to date and have no spam guidelines or standards and so most emails are spam boxed. They have charged my card twice now and will not refund and I haven't used the service for several months...My account was in active and I had removed my credit card info and they still somehow charged me, twice! No reply to my many, many requests for a refund of at least the most recent charge. They must make money by quietly charging people and hoping they don't notice because they haven't sent me an email in years...and they are a newsletter provider? The product is LOW QUALITY.

The absolute worst email provider out! The WORST customer service to add onto their HORRIBLE scam of a website. Ive been trying to fix my issue with them for over a few months now. They have no phone number listed so im forced to email back and forth with them , and they only email me back once a week. This is no way to solve an issue. Unfortunately im going to have to spend more money now by switching to another provider, even though ive already paid YMLP for tens of thousands of emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
