WOT Mobile

There have been many requests asking for WOT to support mobile browsers. While the WOT developers have said they have no plans to add WOT mobile support at this time (reference) there are a few ways you can have WOT ratings at your finger tips on Android and Apple mobile devices.

First you need to download Dolphin Browser® HD for your device.

Next, install one or both of the following add-ons.

• Battery saver--Dolphin add-on (Dolphin Companion)
• Ultimate Flag

The Battery saver--Dolphin add-on (Dolphin Companion) is promoted as a battery saving app but it also has a Security manager to help protect your browsing security. It will give you a warning you when come across untrusted websites which have low ratings by WOT. It will also show you the secure info (WOT ratings) of each page.

The Dolphin Ultimate Flag add-on shows the security index of a website from both WOT and SiteAdvisor, as well as the countries and regions of the site. It also shows you the websites [IP address] and allows you to easily copy the IP address.

To access these and other add-ons simply swipe to the Right SideBar and select the add-on you wish to use.
