c۞g, in the [1], I'd bring up the point of some confusion I had with the article. Paragraph three seems to say two conflicting statements.

"If the user who rated the site (IP or domain name) revisits it, the ratings are refreshed; rating weight is restored, the "time clock is reset." [Refreshed automatically only by re-visting the scorecard? That's not what the next sentence in the wiki paragraph says.] Visiting the site's scorecard has no effect with how a user rated that site unless they edit, change, and save their ratings which are recorded as new."

I suppose that could be stated instead as (not knowing the inner hidden working of the "time clock reset", I don't know):

When a user revisits a site scorecard (IP or domain name) that the user previously rated, there is no effect unless their rating is re-saved (changed). The user's re-saved rating is recorded as a refreshed rating; the user's rating weight is restored, the user's "time clock is reset".

(Not knowing the inner working, I don't know if the "re-saved" means a rating has to be re-saved or rating changed and re-saved).--Nova7 (talk) 15:13, 11 August 2013 (UTC)
