Basically, Riskware is software whose installation presents a possible (but not definite risk) for the PC. Relatively normal programs can often fall into the category of Riskware because some applications can be modified for another purpose and used against the PC user as malicious software. [1] The main difference between Viruses and other Malware and Riskware is that Riskware was not purposely set up for harmful usage, but it can be used for bad purposes.
