WOT reputations are dynamic, they constantly change with both user input and no input.

When you visit a site and you offer your testimony by rating one or more of the rating categories, your input is recorded. These ratings are "weighted" and the amount of their weight is determined by your current rating reliability.

Every time you visit a site which you have rated, you refresh your ratings as if you had just entered them. A good example is if you rate your browser's homepage, every time you click "home" and land on the page, you've rated it.

So what happens if you rate a site and never return a visit to it? Your ratings "fade" meaning that their weight diminishes over time.
