I found Interim Partners by Googling for "Age Positive Employer Champions". Older job seekers take note ! I am an older, experienced and skilled job seeker. Job Centres are not really geared up to help people like myself, so we need more experienced advice, and particularly firms who recognise the skills and experience older people bring to employers. When I rang Interim, I was advised to check out the "Meet the Team" page, to select who I needed to speak to. Contact details were given clearly and unambiguously, with enough profile to help decide who to call. When I called, I explained my needs, and was put straight through. My consultant listened carefully to my needs, and then gave decisive and believable advice about what my next steps should be. If only every customer experience were like this one !! Thanks Interim.
