I don't trust this site, the second I got into it, it said it is not safe it is tracking you down. I know that's stupid and fake just to give me a virus so I didn't click anything and got out of that site. Restarted my laptop. And it's fine but luckily i'm not stupid and didn't click anything. But if the children did something to it then it is not safe for children.

I had no problem with 123movies being safe on my computer; however, I had no website blocker, if the website was unsafe. When I accessed 123movies from my friends computer, (which had a unsafe website blocker) it immediately shut down, reporting that their was "suspicious" content. I would recommend you find another free movie website.

The site itself its okey. it provides HQ free movies for you to watch however be very cautious. the site has been known to randomly get hijacked and distribute malware. current state of website > https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/123movies.to site as of right now has a javascript which is infected with malware! The site is incredibly frustrating when navigating without a reliable pop-up/AdBlocker installed within your Browser. However, using a blocker while visiting 123Movies, the site becomes much "smoother." Lastly, I would highly suggest one disables plugins from running without permission while using Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc. Though these flaws seem as an inconvenience that would hinder a user to browse 1123Movies, the site's content and consistent "updating" creates a no win scenario for all similar sites. The site in general is worth the effort.
