Spamming blogs (adult content) with fake links which redirects to another adult spamming blogs are very common problem, annoying ads and popups also. Livedoor have (FEW) good japanese blogs also, but an advice is if possible avoid Livedoor blogs.

the website has lots of twitter-bots(>200) and spamming with followers... the website is 18+, so they contact over this twitterbots also peoples <18,...maybe illegal!
