Unglaublicher Fall. Da bekommt ein Bürger von BoFrost Mahnungen, denen widersprochen werden, da der Bürger nie Kunde war. Da werden Daten FREMDER Personen preisgegeben, obwohl BoFrost über die falsche Adresse und falsche Person informiert worde. Dann Bankkonto gesperrt, welches ein Nachspiel haben wird. BoFrost scheint unfähiges Personal in der Buchhaltung zu haben, und ignoriert Fakten. Einen Schuldner, der korrekt gemeldet ist, nicht zu finden, unterstreicht die Unfähigkeit. gar Faulheit des Personals. Wir, drei Freunde und ich, kündigen. Und der unbescholtene Bürger wird sicherlich niemals Kunde... Zudem: eh überteuert.
