Website and forum for a local real estate company. Very useful discussion area with heavily moderated content. Why does this site still show a red rating?

Site is an E-Magazine for the Lake Chapala area of Mexico. It contains news, fiction, classified ads and other features including a link to a web-board.

This site is an forum run by a realtor that supports the English speaking community in Lake Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico. It is closely moderated. The posters are mostly retired foreigners who post unexceptional comments and questions about living in Mexico. The first rating and description it received on WOT on 2010 is accurate. The second negative rating is inaccurate. I have followed the forums for 9 years. It is emphatically not a dangerous site.
