Awful experience! They're all liars. Customer service is just a disaster. Buy a ticket from them and something goes wrong, you're all alone. They will just give you nonsense.

This site is a scam, after a ticket purchase, they email you, and the ticket has different dates then you choose. You then contact them to correct it, and they say its your fault and demand change fees, plus the ticket is more expensive than you saw originally. This has happened to several of my friends already. So I thought it was time I reported it.

i looked up several air flights on southwest (and others) found several for $224. very same tickets on cheapo were $463 and more. no bargains here!!
