Уже лет 5 приобретаю здесь все телефоны и себе и в подарки близким... все изумительно, без косяков. Последняя покупка - айфон 5 на 16 гигабайт - отличный аппарат - летает как самолет и батарейку держит чуть ли не неделю - если не много пользоваться... В общем цифрус - нормальный хороший магазин с большим ассортиментом и низкими ценами.

I've bought a mobile phone with this shop, Sony Sola, was pretty happy with the device for the first week, Afterwards the touch screen stopped working, nothing happened to it, it never falled, didn't spill water on it, nothing, so I've brought it to their service center, pretty confident that they'll fix it. Week passed and they called me to inform that the body is bent, but it was completely all right! I asked where precisely it is bent, the serviceman replied "you can't see it with the naked eyes" That's ridiculous!!! And now they claim that it is not a warrenty case, on top of that I got to pay for the inspection. What's worse you cannot call them, the serviceman never picks up a phone, you have to go to their shop to talk, and it seems that me - is not the only case, there are crowds of people complaining. I would never buy anything from this shop and will recommend all my friends to stay away from them.
