Ist als Informationsquelle keineswegs so offiziell, wie es scheint. Finanzämter sind an die Weisungen der Länderfinanzbehörden gebunden, nicht an die Infos bei elster.de. Wenn also elster.de behauptet, dass man diese oder jene Belege bei elektronischer Übermittlung nicht einzureichen braucht, sollte man sicherheitshalber bei seinem Finanzamt nachfragen. Sonst gibt es unangenehme Überraschungen.
