Demand Media is a major content provider on the Internet. Demand Media also owns eNom, a registrar with a bad reputation for spam sponsorship. Over 40% of the domains registered on eNom turn up in spam messages over the ensuing week! jellojelly.info is an example of a domain being used unlawfully, under false pretenses. Load the domain name, and you see an innocent looking Google news page. But when the cunning spammers use it, they add subdomains which load the images, hiding their true intentions. ENOM is the crime sponsor and has a growing reputation for it. Demand Media has to face the fact that their acquisition is a rogue operation, and is bringing its reputation into disrepute.
