Nothing's wrong with this site or KeyWeb in general. The service and support levels are completely in accordance with their low prices.

Nach Server4you wohl der schlechteste Support. Eine bestellte Domain wurde auch nach Wochen der Nachfrage einfach nicht bestellt. Die Option "manager Server" ist ihr Geld nicht wert! Wartung erfolgt über Scripts, die einen guten Administrator einfach nicht ersetzen. Wer einen guten Preis sucht, ist hier richtig und alle "normalen" Supportanfragen werden schnell erledigt. (Also für Anfänger mit wenig Anspruch) Sobald es schwierig wird, ist man hier alleine. Mit etwas mehr guten Wille der Mitarbeiter, wäre Keyweb eine weitere Empfehlung wert! Absolut unverschämt ist die Zensur die durch Keyweb auf der eigenen Seiten betrieben wird. Es gibt einen Bereich wo man gute und schlechte Dinge anbringen kann. Jeder Beitrag der zu schlecht rüber kommt wird umgehend gelöscht!

Hey this is a Hosting Company wich offers Webspace virtual & root servers and is OK if you found abusive and / or Fraudulent Activities / behaviour then send an abuse report an Dont claim that the company is bad at all i am a customer there and support is fine allthe time

Besitze seit ca. 1,5 Jahren einen RootDS Server, und bin volkommen zufrieden. Support ist zwar nicht der allerschnellste bei Tickets, die nicht als Notfall markiert sind, aber löst die Probleme sehr professionell. Ausserdem sind die Preise in ordnung.
