I am commenting about their support of a terrible product, Mizu towels. Mizu towels are terrible. Read the reviews on them by people who actually tried them instead of websites that are paid to review them.
Many people are saying that they unravel after the first wash. They are not very absorbent. And, they are made not from Japan but from China.
They will stall you about a refund, for as long as possible so you can't dispute the charge on your credit card. They will give false shipping information so that PayPay will side with them instead of what's really true. It's a total scam. BEWARE.

KIckstarter does not make the people follow through with projects. They suck in your money and disappear. There is no way to get your money back when the project is never delivered.

I believe, that Kickstarter is not very suitable for children because of the open options to add credit card info and operate the billing with a delay upon the project funding.

DO NOT TRUST. Pledged the ZANO, next thing you know BOOM money gone, company in liquidation and no money returned

Becareful, look at the Zano project, 12 000 people lost 3 million dollars and kickstarter did nothing to prevent this, they didn't even follow their policies to at least verify that a functioning prototype was existing.

Most projects are not finished or do not deliver what was expected.
I pledged over U$D 300,00 for a Zano and they went broke, but actually it was a SCAM. Kickstarter didn't help at all.

Kickstarter is a site used for crowdfunding projects. Be very careful who you chose to support and invest in, if they do not deliver or cancel you might not get your money back, do a background check and risk assess if you should invest or not.
Depending on who you chose to invest in the site can be all from joyful to depressing.
