This website is highly popular because it has been providing quality movies torrents since quite a long time and its well liked by users. But that does not negate the fact that multiple copyright infringement violations due to sharing of warez / pirated movies. The site may be safe to use.

Upon further investigation this one came out mixed. Apparently it is a high-volume site and in the past hosted a whole lot of shady things.
Apparently, it is getting cleanER- but still not all the way there.

Deserves respect for trying to build a reputable sources for legal torrent downloads.
Of course, no system is perfect and any system can be abused, so downloads still needs to be evaluated carefully for malware, scam, or (unintended) adult content.
