Do NOT go in the site . I had account with them for more 2 weeks , it cost me over $ ***** for internet broadband access with a hot-spot device. Customer service is in India , the rep. are all Indian with heavy accent. Sale rep got my email wrong , it toke 2 days to make it right thought my own email to fixed it. 2 GB date toke 1 1/2 days done ,to top up another 2 GB - $ 29.95, $ 2.66 for monthly access fee. $ 15 twice for up grade. Try to call customer service , those rep. is hard to understand, and they DID NOT understand yours at all. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM NETZERO.

I canceled my account, they know i canceled my account, and they are still billing my credit card. after 6 months
