Is plos.org Safe?

As I am into researching activity, I write a lot of papers, I do my best to find some resources where to publish something that I was working hard on and so on, this platform looked interesting for me. My recent article devoted to digital health was declined by them. I don't know why, even though it perfectly matches all the criteria imposed by publishers. I double checked everything but they don't like it. It's an arrogant behavior because journals wich are more famous published my content, while these ones didn't want to do it.

This is where some scientific papers are published. This website is also a script server for the Plos family of websites. Because the material presented on this and the other Plos websites is way beyond what any child may be expected to understand, this website is not suitable for children.
