- immer teurer werdender Postversand - lange Wartezeiten vor dem Postschalter, dafür immer weniger Platz da es zum «Gemischtwarenladen» mutiert. voll mit Gestellen voller Bücher und Handy-Vitrinen verbarrikadiert. - Strafgebühr für Brief-Rücksendungen von Firmenkunden - teilweise miserabler Kundenservice am Telefon
