Is proximus.be Safe?

Proximus provides reliable telecom services, but their pricing tends to be on the higher side compared to competitors. Additionally, customer support can sometimes feel impersonal and slow to resolve issues. Another thing is that there is no support in English, which can be frustrating if you are a foreigner. The only support method in English is through mail, and you know how efficient this method is. Still, the coverage and its reliability are their strong side, while in other aspects, they can improve.

Literally the most garbage service you could ever get. Don't ever get Proximus if you can avoid it. Terrible customer service. They mess up your name and address constantly. They always overcharge you. They lie to you about prices over the phone to get you to purchase their subscriptions. They never show up when they schedule installations. They nickel and dime you for their services. Literally the worst telecom company you could ever deal with. Please avoid this bullshit company at all costs!

Les e-services ne sont pas complets. Impossible de gérer toutes les options. Pour annuler certaines options, il faut obligatoirement téléphoner et dans mon cas jusqu'à quatre fois avant de tomber sur un opérateur compétent qui me donne enfin satisfaction. Se contenter du service minimum de téléphonie et se méfier du reste. De plus leur système de facturation est obscur.
