This is the torrent downloader that isn't bundled with any other programs. Unlike uTorrent that is bundled with OpenCandy, a PUP that tracks whatever you do on your computer.

FOSS BitTorrent cilent intended as an uTorrent alternative for those who prefer open-source. It's also more lightweight than uTorrent. Overall, the site is safe and the downloads it hosts too.

Ein Bittorent Client, der alles mitbringt, um Torrent-Downloads schnell und sicher auf die Platte zu holen. Einfache und intuitiv zu bedienende Oberfläche.
Positiv: Auch in deutscher Sprache verfügbar.
Noch positiver: Das Programm ist ganz im Gegenteil von seinem Konkurrenten µTorrent virenfrei. Der Umstieg hat sich gelohnt.

This is what uTorrent should have been! Think of this a uTorrent as it was before toolbars/addons/browser hijacks/sold out to BIG MEDIA (you have been warned).
