I ordered a kudos shower over three weeks ago and was advised that delivery would be five days. I'm still waiting and have had an unacceptable response from customer services. Avoid like the plague!

Extremely poor customer service received from this company with no promised call backs received in spite of numerous phone calls and promises by them that they would call me with an update on when I might receive the product I ordered. After three weeks of waiting there is still no news of an expected delivery date for the product. I would definitely not use this site again or recommend it to anybody.

Took money from me, confirmed the order and then refunded it via paypal without explanation one week later. I assume it's because the take orders for stuff not in stock! I have to leave the money sitting in my paypal account now or will be charged for having it transferred back to my bank account.

Rude and evasive over phone. Ordered items not delivered over a week later despite expensive express delivery purchased. Promised confirmatory email never sent. Money, however, drawn immediately from my account.

This company does NOT give FREE delivery. They state that you are in the wrong area. Also they have changed their web site to state one thing then another. I had a delivery with things missing, that was the shower hand thermostat valve, now they have removed it. Do not trust what you read. I feel I have a battle on my hands with this company
