Is sbi.co.in Safe?

This business is run by really insane people. Someone has registered my email here. They send me someone else's unnecessary emails. I ask them FOR YEARS to stop spamming me. It does not help. They are not people, they are animals. TLDR: I managed to find a way to contact them. 10 times I asked them to stop spamming me, they did not. They are a total disaster... They mention an email which I can use to contact them. I explained everything and sent them an email. I've got automatic reject: A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at sbionline[.]onmicrosoft[.]com has blocked your message. Password Protected attachment not allowed. Okay, I removed their own attachment and sent the email again. This time I've got: A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at sbionline[.]onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message. Your email contains the specific word which was not allowed in SBI. They are real morons. PS. Finally I found their working email. I asked to block my email and explained that this is a mistake and I don't live in India. What they answered? "we recommend you to visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India" PS2. Another response. "please lodge UPI related complaints in CRM-CMS". This form requires account number which I don't have. They are so stupid, they don't even read the email. They are total idiots. The form option for non-customers does not work at all. It reports page 404 - not found. I cannot believe people could be so-o-o-o-o stupid. PS3. So a week ago those morons "have forwarded the issue to the concerned department for further course of action." Anyway I received another spam from them. SBI is insane.
