This vendor is a source of spam and apparently has no oversight. Very untrustworthy.

ServerMania account manager Andrew Horton used a competitor's database which had been hacked to send illegal SPAM emails in violation of the US CANSPAM Act advertising ServerMania's services to his competitor's customers who were listed in the stolen database.
