I have no words for their reliability and service. Singaporeair is definitely one of the best airlines in the world! I work in Singapore and frequently travel with them. I even enrolled myself in their loyalty program. Just one thing regarding the program I want to share and the safety of my personal information. When you register an account, they send you your pin number through email, which is not a good thing for a company to share such sensitive information. Maybe sending a link from where the user will fill blank forms for pin code would be a better option, I'm just saying…

I love Singapore Airlines. They have a great reputation and their safety record is top. My comment deals only with their online security. After enrolling in their loyalty programme, they sent me an email with my PIN revealed. This makes my online information vulnerable if my email account is compromised. I changed my PIN straight away.
