the idea is simple, register (completly free) and watch any available swedish movie for free (or with subtitles in swedish) i used it for a long while, but i have to say i wonder if this is considered legal... nontheless, the site works however may contain +18 content (some movies)

It's nice, it lets you watch free movies online. It's kind of a "loophole" in the swedish law. The swedish law does not let you download or leech files, BUT there is not a word about streaming. So on the viewers side its legal but on the site owners side its illegal.

The site itself is fair enough. It allows you to watch their movies and tv shows, but all in poor quality - and the selection range is not that impressive, but that is another matter. The security is severly laxed. After registration they sent me an email with my login AND password in clear text. A lot of people out there use the same password for a lot of things - also their emails, so now the people behind the site actually know you password. I use Lastpass personally (not an ad), and had mine generated to random letters and numbers. There is a huge button that says "watch in HD", and this is where you need to be careful. It downloads a modified version of VLC, and it uses "BetterInstaller" to do this - trying to force upon you a variety of banners and software. A simple controlled firewall operation will let you bypass this, but it Does install an "update checker" which seems legit enough, although I did not test it further than to see what happened when I clicked "update now," and it suggested a few program updates. I did NOT download these updates, nor did I allow network access to any of the attempts it made as a package. I could not see anything wrong with the version of VLC they put on there, other than this did not allow me to watch the HD movies at all. Once you try again, you get a new message saying that you need to UPDATE your video player and allows you to download the program again. The program you download has a filename with VLC, and some random characters and numbers - this is so not to give you the "this file already exists" prompt, and have you keep install malware. I removed everything, and downloaded vlc from filehippo, a legitimate place to download free files (this is not an ad), and installed that, This was also a newer version of VLC and never prompted me to install anything but the actual software. Once I had the latest version of the VLC player, the website STILL wouldn't play HD content, and rather tells me I need to update and tries to have me download the modified VLC version. SO .. I did not find any malicious software because I didnt allow it to install. I do not know how malicious it would be, but suffice to say we do not need to try as nothing will give you that movie in HD.
