Is toyota.co.uk Safe?

I booked the test drive by internet. I received email confirmation that Jemca Edgware Road had the new Auris ready for a 10.00am testdrive. We got there on time. They had no knowledge of the booking. They had no test car. We waited 1/2 hour (they had no brochures to look at while we were waiting). Then someone who said he was the manager said the new Auris they had would have to be put through a pre-sale service and would we like to wait for another two or three hours and it would be ready. He then turned away to talk to a technician and walked away. We did the same after it was clear he had lost interest in us. We will not test drive the Auris (we didn't like the size compared to our current Yaris Versos) and will look at other manufacturers after being being owners of four Toyota cars over the last twenty years.
