Is wpmudev.org Safe?

I can't say enough nice things about wpmudev. I remember thinking when i signed up that a monthly subscription wasn't something I really wanted to get involved in. I was so wrong! They are worth every single penny. The support is second to none and I only wish my hosting company would take a leaf out of their book. If I hadn't moved all my sites quite recently I would be moving to wpmudev hosting, and its something I will certainly be considering in the future. I don't know how I managed before finding them - my life is immeasurably easier!

There is something different with this community. You get a lot of services that are truly making your wordpress site better, but even with all the plugins and possibilities, nothing can compare with the support team that is behind WPMU DEV. Can not recommend this enough. Worth every penny. If you lack some knowledge in Wordpress, use this service!

I've been with wpmudev.org for more years than I can remember now, 5 or more at least, probably more. Their plugins are amazing, their blog is stupendous and their support is out of this world. WPMU Dev's software is incredible, because of its powerful customization options and compatibility with any theme. But that's not all... There were two times where I needed their support assistance for some aspects of a plugin that their documentation didn't include, and they got back to me within a few hours each time. I was blown away by their service, as it was efficient, friendly, and concise. I have not experienced this Apple-esque software quality and customer support in a very long time. I'm excited for my new and continual relationship with WPMU Dev. You guys are on my list of Wordpress GOLD.

I have used WPMUDEV Professional for one year and I have been left exasperated by their incredibly bad service. They have a couple of great plugins, they also offer themes which for me look awful, but that's not a compliant, because I wasn't after themes from them. The main reason to subscribe to their services, in my opinion, is the prospect and promise of a support facility for when your WordPress website goes wrong. But unfortunately, that's where they really go wrong too because the service they offer is truly awful. I've had several instances where I've required assistance including two emergency situations where they really let me down. To explain further, imagine you have a really important fault with your website that needs to be fixed fast because your website users are really affected and complaining to you constantly via email. You raise a support issue with WPMUDEV and you hear nothing for 24 hours. After that 24 hours someone comes back to you with a question - you answer it immediately but it's another 24 hours before they respond with another question. If this is what you are looking for in a paid support service, then you will be happy, otherwise, you would get almost the same support from the Wordpress Support forums for free. The only and important difference I should point out is WPMU DEV can log in to your website to investigate problems, they'll just take as long as they like to get around to it. The concept of what they proffer is compelling from the support perspective but the service level they provide is simply dire. They offer you no turnaround times, no guarantee by when someone will respond to you. My hosting company @Siteground' (whom I couldn't recommend enough) resolved all of the issues that WPMUDEV didn't promptly. I really recommend not using this company.

I just joined them last week and there was a problem with the SmushPro plugin I installed after Yahoo's service went down. I contacted support at 2:25 am, and they got back to me in 15 min with help. Even though it took a few days to work out the problem (as the developer had many requests due to the Yahoo change), their support through it all was consistent and clear. They never left me hanging or wondering what to do next. The developer created an update, and the plugin did it's job beautifully. I'm so IMPRESSED and can't wait to try more of their products. I knew they had a good reputation, and I can see why. I would recommend WPMUDEV without hesitation! Thank you Predrag, also, for your awesome support!

Though Wordpress is definitely NOT an out-of-the-box solution for website development, the WPMU Dev Staff provides outstanding support to help you over the bumps, gets you up the hills, and makes web development less troublesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WPMUDEV.Org!

Stumbled across wpmudev a couple of years ago while looking for a multisite compatible e-commerce plugin for Wordpress. Found exactly what I was looking for and quickly discovered much more available. Excellent range of plugins available and, more importantly, very helpful support.
