I was told that I bought some kind of "one-time" subscription (for the price of a good old full-subscription) Then I learned from my credit card history that I was actually charged monthly for a proper subscription. The support did not pay attention at my pledges to cancell my subscription. The website is considered to have a good reputation, but I only see that they are very sloppy at dealing with personal information and your subscriptions.
