Several years ago would have good support based on email. Now requires web form to be filled out. Takes weeks to respond, if ever. Update: In last incident, I never received customer support response. This is a shame because three or four years ago, this was a responsive company. I am no longer a customer as a result.

I've been a ZoneEdit customet for 6+ Years. They offer free DNS hosting including Dynamic DNS for home or mobile users. They have never, not once had an outage that affected me. They have a very plain web site that does its job perfectly. The host 5 domains free, you pay a small fee for more. How can you beat that? They are one of the few places I feel compelled to write a positive review for, most folks only say things when stuff breaks, this is one company that doesn't get the credit it deserves in my opinion. And no, I have no other affiliation with them! lol
